Made from the finest Japanese steel, it’s great for intricate tasks such as filleting fish, peeling fruit and vegetables and finely chopping fresh herbs. Katto knives are handmade in the UK. They use Japanese steel which makes their knives strong but flexible and ultra-sharp without being brittle or difficult to sharpen. The handles are made from sustainable FSC Certified woods.

This knife is not dishwasher safe. Clean it in warm, soapy water and dry immediately. If your knife needs sharpening, Katto recommends using a Japanese whetstone.
