Korean Pantry Gochugaru Chilli Oil, 250ml

Description

Drizzle Korean Pantry’s gochugaru chilli oil over noodles and dumplings. Inspired by the flavours of Korea, it’s packed with crunchy chilli flakes.

This crispy chilli oil gets its heat from gochugaru. The Korean Pantry uses spicy chilli powder from South Korea. Sichuan pepper, ginger and star anise add depth of flavour to the fiery oil. The crunch comes from chilli flakes and sesame seeds.

We love the spicy, nutty flavour of this Korean chilli oil. Add a splash to fried rice or skewers of grilled meat. It’s also great in dipping sauces for fritters and mandu.

For a speedy supper, add chilli oil and soy sauce to instant noodles. Top with a fried egg and devour in seconds!

Gochugaru chilli oil is vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
