Description

Kimchi salt gives noodles and tempura a spicy kick. Created by The Korean Pantry, the flakes have a spicy, funky flavour. Add a pinch to dipping sauces or stir fried noodles.

Dried vegan kimchi is combined with Maldon sea salt, garlic and gochugaru. The drying process preserves the kimchi’s spicy, tangy flavour. It packs a serious punch!

Add kimchi salt flakes as a finishing touch, just before you serve your dish. They’re delicious on rice bowls and Korean fried chicken. You can also add them to marinades for an umami boost.

For a spicy sandwich spread, mix mayo with Sriracha and kimchi chilli flakes. Spread it on burger buns or serve as a dip for French fries.

Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use.
