Dried vegan kimchi is combined with Maldon sea salt, garlic and gochugaru. The drying process preserves the kimchi’s spicy, tangy flavour.

This Korean condiment packs a serious umami punch. You can add it to marinades and spicy dipping sauces. Sprinkle it over rice, fried chicken and anything else that needs a flavour boost.

Seaweeds adds a briny tang that tastes great on fish and seafood. Add a pinch to tempura batter or crunchy slaw for Asian burgers.

Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use.
