This milk chocolate Easter egg is infused with salted caramel. It’s a limited edition creation from Italian chocolatier, La Perla di Torino. 

Rich caramel adds a layer of complexity to the smooth milk chocolate. A hint of sea salt is just enough to balance its sweetness. The chocolate is studded with crispy meringue pieces, adding crunch to each bite.

La Perla’s Easter eggs are made in northern Italy. The chocolatiers use the finest ingredients and pack each egg by hand. Available in a range of delicious flavours, their chocolate eggs are an ideal Easter gift.

About La Perla di Torino

La Perla founder Sergio Arzilli grew up in his family’s pastry business. But when he discovered he was coeliac, he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity.
