Ladolea Organic Greek Agiorgitiko Sweet Vinegar with Bergamot, 200ml

Ladolea’s sweet vinegar is flavoured with bergamot peel. The fragrant citrus fruit gives the vinegar a fresh, fruity tang. It includes a cork stopper and spout, to use as storage as well.

This unique condiment combines red vinegar with a sweet syrup made from Agiorgitiko grapes. Pair it with Ladolea’s organic olive oil to make a delicious vinaigrette.

Ruby red in colour, this sweet vinegar has notes of dried fruit and spices. It’s wonderful in marinades or drizzled over grilled meat and fish.

Add a splash to a slow-cooked stew or tomato sauce to cut through the richness.

The vinegar is stored in a ceramic bottle with a cork stopper.

About Ladolea

Ladolea is a family-owned company in the Peloponnese region of Greece. Created by the Kloutsiniotis brothers (Panos and Thanos) in 2012. The oil is rooted in Greek history and culture.

The brothers work with local farmers to grow indigenous Corinthian olives using traditional, sustainable methods. The distinctive ceramic pots are inspired by ancient Greek jars, used to hold oil for Olympic athletes to oil their bodies, as long ago as 700 BC.
