Made with Patrinia olives, the organic oil is cold pressed and unfiltered for maximum flavour. It’s light and fresh with a delicate, sweet aroma.

The sweet vinegar is a unique combination of red vinegar and Agiorgitiko grape syrup. Bergamot peel adds a fragrant, citrus tang. Combine it with the olive oil to dress salads or marinade meat and fish.

About Ladolea
Ladolea is a family-owned company in the Peloponnese region of Greece. Created by the Kloutsiniotis brothers (Panos and Thanos) in 2012. The oil is rooted in Greek history and culture.
The brothers work with local farmers to grow indigenous Corinthian olives using traditional, sustainable methods. The distinctive ceramic pots are inspired by ancient Greek jars, used to hold oil for Olympic athletes to oil their bodies, as long ago as 700 BC.
