Use these panko Japanese breadcrumbs for the perfect Chicken Katsu. They also work brilliantly for vegetable tempura, Arancini balls or a pork schnitzel. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour 85%, hydrogenated palm oil 7%, cornstarch 6%, salt 0.75%, sugar 0.85%, yeast 0.5%
