LoRUSSo Organic Artisanal Pepper Jam, 305g

Description

Organic pepper jam from Isabel and Biagio in southeast Spain. Made with 85% fruit and 40% less sugar than the norm, expect a traditional soft-set. Pourable, we recommend putting it in the fridge before eating for flavour and consistency. 

The smooth preserve is barely sweet - and can almost be used as a chutney. It complements all kinds of cheeses, from nutty Manchego to creamy Brie.

This artisanal pepper jam is made with Sweet Palermo peppers. These colourful pointed peppers are renowned for their juicy texture and rich sweetness.

You can use this jam in salad dressings and sticky glazes for chicken and pork. For a quick canapé, spread it on crunchy crostini and top with goat’s cheese. It’s fantastic in sandwiches with ham or roast turkey.

This is jam as it should taste, and we're the only people bringing it to the UK. 

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
