LoRUSSo Organic Artisanal Raspberry Jam, 305g

Organic raspberry jam from Isabel and Biagio in southeast Spain. Made with 85% fruit and 40% less sugar than the norm, expect a traditional soft-set. Pourable, we recommend putting it in the fridge before eating for flavour and consistency. 

Spread  on scones, toast and crumpets. Bursting with berry flavour, this jam is also great for baking. Pair it with buttercream to sandwich sponge cakes and cupcakes. The sweet-tart flavour works well in muffins, cookies and streusel bars.

Mix the jam with olive oil, honey and vinegar to make a fruity salad dressing. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over mixed leaves with walnuts and goat’s cheese.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
