Maison Bremond’s anchoiade is an anchovy spread with salty rich flavour and a tapenade-like texture. Anchoiade is a classic provencal dip which is made from anchovies blended with olive oil, garlic and capers. This spread has bold flavours for a salty and savoury hit in every bite. 

Enjoy this anchoiade on  top of crunchy plain crouton for a simple but flavour-packed canape, or serve part of dip selection on a grazing or charcuterie board. This anchovy spread also works wonderfully as a condiment in toasted sourdough sandwiches for a salty tang, or tossed through tuna nicoise salad.

Ingredients: anchovy cream 42% (salted anchovy 82%, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, capers, wine vinegar, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, pepper. Contains sulphites.

Please note that white spots in the product are completely normal and are traces of tyrosine, a protein found in anchovies.
