2. Lemon caramel: ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, extra virgin oil 5%, water, lemon extract 1.7%, fleur de sel de camargue, dextrose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent: sodium bicarbonate. 

3. Hazelnut-caramel: ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, hazelnuts 5%, extra virgin oil 2%, water, fleur de sel de camargue, dextrose, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent: sodium carbonate. 

4. Pistachio caramel: ingredients: sugar glucose syrup, whole milk powder, pistachios 5%, extra olive oil 2%, water, fleur de sel de camargue, dextrose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent: sodium bicarbonate, bitter almond extract. 

5- calisson: ingredients: candied fruit 41% ( fruit 54%, melon 96%, orange and lemon peel) glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, almond 30%, sugar, egg whites, inverted glucose syrup, unleavened bread (potato starch, sunflower oil) , natural flavouring, bitter almond extract.

6- mini navette orange blossom: ingredients: wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest 0.63%, natural flavouring 0.28%, fleur de sel de camargue.

7 -cannistelli with aniseed: ingredients: wheat flour 50%, sugar, wine (sulphites), extra virgin oil olive oil 12.6%, aniseed 2.8%, baking powder ( wheat starch, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate, mono potassium tartrate), natural flavouring 0.2%, salt.

8 -candied fruits shortbread: ingredients: wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, candied fruits 8% ( orange peel, cherry, lemon peel, pineapple, glucose syrup, water, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice) almond powder, olive oil 5%, natural flavouring, salt.

9-white nougat: ingredients: almonds, lavender honey, sugar, egg white, glucose syrup, unleavened bread ( potato starch, water), natural vanilla extract. 

10 Black nougat: ingredients: almonds, lavender honey, sugar, glucose syrup, unleavened bread ( potato starch, water). 

11 Pistachio nougat: ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, pistachios 20%, honey, pistachio paste 5%, almonds 5%, egg white,unleavened bread ( potato starch, water, olive oil ).

12-apricot paste: ingredients: apricot pulp 50%, sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, natural apricot flavour, acidifying agent: concentrated lemon juice.
