Mate Trasparena Mania olive oil is available in two sizes:

Drizzle over seafood and pasta dishes. Produced in Croatia, it’s made with Leccino and Pendolino olives. The bottle’s blue label is inspired by the sea that can be seen from the Mate mill.

Use this organic olive oil as a finishing oil for meat and seafood. It’s perfect for raw dishes like tartare and carpaccio. Try drizzling it over grilled asparagus with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Mate began in the 1990s when 75-year-old Mate Vekić began planting olive trees in Istria. Decades later, the company makes some of the finest olive oil in the world. The olives are harvested by hand and processed within hours to preserve their flavour.
