Made in Solingen, Germany – which is world-renowned for quality stainless steel – these knives rank a high 58 on the Rockwell scale. The hard steel means the blade will hold its sharp, 15 degree edge for longer. Each kitchen knife has a ceramic stonewash finish which offers smooth slicing and greater stain-resistance – fantastic for keeping your knives looking fresh, use after use.
