Midori Sushi Platter, 24.5cm
Description
Serve sushi in traditional style with the Midori sushi platter. Midori means green in Japanese - a nod to the green streak in the centre of the platter. Fill it with maki rolls and serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
The long, narrow platter has a shiny glaze and textured finish. The green streak adds a splash of colour to the dappled brown background.
The platter can also be used to serve sashimi and small appetisers. Plate a neat row of dumplings or tempura prawns to share with friends.
