Description

Milk mochi are a Japanese snack, with a pillowy-soft, marshmallow-like texture and subtle sweet flavour. Made with glutinous rice, these chewy cakes have a creamy milk centre instead of the traditional red bean paste filling. Try serving these milk mochi with coffee and black tea.

Mochi are a popular sweet snack across Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
