Nerigoma kuro is a pure roasted black sesame seed paste with a nutty flavour and deep earthy notes. You can even use it in baking – black sesame paste makes a dramatic macaron filling for example. Or spread the paste directly on toast for an intensely nutty snack.
Ingredients: black sesame seeds from Myanmar. Contains allergens: sesame. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
