Description

Morita 3-year aged soy sauce is aged in cypress barrels for a deep, rounded flavour. The soy sauce comes from Japan's Shimane region, famed for its fermented products. The long cold winter makes it the ideal place to ferment soy sauce, sake and miso.

This soy sauce is made with Japanese soybeans and sun-dried salt crystals. It has a soft, rounded flavour and distinctive depth. Use it to season sashimi, or as a dip for sushi and tempura. Or mix it with mirin and honey for a salad dressing. 

Morita has made soy sauce for over 100 years. They use locally grown ingredients in their soy sauce.
