Description

Toasted coconut flakes are a fantastic topper for Indian rice pudding, or scatter them over a thick and creamy korma curry. Or, make your own granola with toasted coconut flakes, oats and dried fruit – or incorporate them into flapjacks for extra sweetness. Coconut flakes also work well scattered over salads and other savoury dishes such as Thai coconut-based curries.

Ingredients: coconut flakes, preservative: sulphur dioxide.
