Description

Natural cockles are one of Spain’s most loved shellfish, and these delicate sweet mouthfuls make a brilliant addition to authentic tapas spreads. Serve them with crusty bread, shredded parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice – accompanied with a chilled glass of white wine.

Scatter the sweet, delicate shellfish over seafood pasta dishes, risotto and paella, or use them to garnish a plate of steamed white fish and white bean mash.
