Piquillo Pepper Strips, 390g

Description

Piquillo pepper strips are a type of small, sweet Spanish pepper. They’re roasted, which concentrates the flavour, and peeled and packed by hand, leaving small, characteristic specks of charred skin. Piquillo pepper strips come from North East Spain near Pamplona and their name literally translates as ‘little beak’.

Try pan-frying the piquillo strips with chorizo, roast with fish, add to paellas or use to bring a flavour of Spain to bean salads.

Ingredients: Piquillo peppers (99%), salt and citric acid E330
