Nicolas Alziari Cuvée Prestige olive oil has a mellow, fruity flavour. The recipe has been a closely guarded secret for more than a century. You will find this extra virgin olive oil in homes and restaurant kitchens across southern France.

Use this soft and fruity olive oil in dressings and marinades. It’s a wonderful finishing oil for white fish, poultry and vegetable dishes. You can drizzle it over soups, pasta dishes and bean salads.

The oil has a delicate, almond-like aroma. Taste it on its own to discover subtle hints of mango, hazelnut and artichoke. Serve it as a dip for warm bread to awaken your taste buds before a meal.

About Nicolas Alziari

Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. For 140 years, Alziari have been producing fine French olive oil, expertly blending olives from different terroirs to get the best flavour.

Alziari are one of the few European olive oil producers to champion the ‘Genoese’ method of cold extraction. The freshly picked olives are slowly ground for 2-3 hours to release the oils into a stone basin. The basin is then filled with cold water, and left until the fresh oil floats to the top. It’s collected immediately, and decanted straight into tins and bottles.

No vacuum harvesting techniques used, songbird friendly.
