Nihon Shokken Ramen Soup - Soy Sauce Base, 2kg

Description

Nihon Shokken ramen soup base is made with soy sauce and seasoned with kelp, ginger, garlic and pepper. Use it as a pre-mixed base for Japanese noodle soups. The large 2kg bottle is ideal for catering and professional kitchens, and will make up to 70 bowls of ramen soup.

To make your soup, add 30ml of soup base to each bowl of ramen and combine with 300ml of water.

Or use it undiluted as a seasoning for stir-fries and fried rice, or as a dipping sauce for gyoza and tempura.
