Non-Stick Egg Roll Pan, 18x13cm

Description

Cook the perfect tamagoyaki with this non-stick egg roll pan. Tamago or tamagoyaki is a Japanese omelette seasoned with mirin and soy sauce. The fried egg is rolled as it cooks, resulting in a layered omelette that can be carefully sliced.

Tamagoyaki can be eaten hot or cold with soy sauce and grated radish. It makes a delicious breakfast, side dish or savoury snack. You can eat it with rice or between slices of buttered bread.

Place small slices of tamago on top of sushi rice to make tamago sushi. Wrap a strip of nori (dried seaweed) around the rice and egg to hold them together.

This lightweight pan can also be used to make Western omelettes, pancakes and pikelets.

The pan has a non-stick coating so food won’t stick or burn.

This pan is not suitable for induction hobs. A larger induction compatible pan is available.
