Opinel Parallele Beech Handle Carpaccio Knife, 30cm

Description

Use the Opinel Parallele carpaccio knife for fine slicing tasks. The razor-sharp blade allows you to cut wafer-thin slices of salmon, ham and beef. It’s perfect for cured meats such as jamon Ibérico.

The long steel blade is just 1.5mm thick. It flexes to deliver fine slices of raw, cured or smoked meat and fish. Use a subtle back and forth motion and let the blade work its magic. You can also use this knife to trim fat and skin from large cuts of meat.

Opinel Parallele knives are designed to last a lifetime. The blade is made from a type of stainless steel called ‘X50CrMoV15’. This steel is extremely strong and resistant to corrosion. It holds its edge well, even after frequent use.

The beechwood handle is easy to grip, offering excellent cutting control. Sleek and stylish, its natural finish looks great in any kitchen.

Hand wash only.
