The fork is made from the same high quality steel as Opinel’s Parallele knives. Known as ‘X50CrMoV15’, this type of stainless steel is ultra-sharp and resistant to corrosion. It’s easy to clean and won’t bend or stain over  time.

The beechwood handle has a natural finish that looks great in any kitchen.
