The curved blade slices effortlessly through joints of meat. Use a carving fork to hold the meat in place while you carve. This beautifully balanced knife delivers slices of your desired thickness. Use it to slice roast duck, chicken or a succulent rib of beef.

Opinel Parallele knives are designed to last a lifetime. The blade is made from a type of stainless steel called ‘X50CrMoV15’. This steel is extremely strong and resistant to corrosion. It holds its edge well, even after frequent use.

The beechwood handle is easy to grip, offering excellent cutting control. Sleek and stylish, its natural finish looks great in any kitchen.
