Description

This smooth partridge pâté is flavoured with chicken livers, onions, wine and spices. While olive oil gives it a rich, creamy texture.

Serve this pâté on crostini, toast points or crunchy bread. It’s a great addition to charcuterie boards and grazing platters.

This meaty pâté is a tasty filling for sandwiches and baked mushrooms.

Cornichons and small pickled onions will cut through the richness of the pâté. You can also serve it with a green salad with a tangy vinaigrette dressing.
