Pasta L’Antica tricolore pasta riccioli will delight food lovers of all ages. Native to the Piedmont region of Italy, riccioli is a spiral shaped pasta similar to fusilli.
Serve it with rich tomato or creamy mushroom sauces which will cling to its ridges. Pasta L’Antica uses natural ingredients like beetroot, turmeric and squid ink to give the riccioli pasta its vibrant colours.
The dried pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat. It cooks in 7-8 minutes.
