Description
Payst’s signature burnt chilli sauce is inspired by Thai flavours. It has a sweet-savoury taste with addictive chilli heat, and extra umami depth. Add a splash to stir fries or drizzle it over fried chicken. It’s great for spicing up Thai soups like tom yum and tom kha gai.

To make the sauce, red chillies are roasted over an open flame until charred and sweet. This gives the sauce a hint of smoke and chilli heat. White vinegar adds subtle tang for a refreshing finish.
Burnt chilli sauce livens up noodles and wok-fried veggies. You can add it to marinades or use it to glaze chicken wings on the grill. Mix it with mayonnaise to create a spicy spread for sandwiches and bánh mì.
