Perello’s flaked salt olive oil crackers are a delicious snack to enjoy with a cold beer or glass of cava. The handcrafted crackers are topped with tiny flakes of salt which gives them an addictive crunch and rich, salty flavour. Regañás are traditional crackers from Andalucia. In southern Spain, they are often served at mealtimes in place of fresh bread. Cut and shaped by hand, they are made with extra virgin olive oil which gives them a rich flavour and crisp, crunchy texture.
