Description

Perello’s paprika olive oil crackers are a great addition to cheese boards and grazing platters. The handcrafted crackers are flavoured with pimentón which gives them a subtle smokiness. Serve them with pâté, creamy dips or a selection of cheese and cured meats. The bite-sized Spanish crackers are a great match for hard cheeses like manchego and pecorino.

Regañás are traditional crackers from Andalucia. In southern Spain, they are often served at mealtimes in place of fresh bread. Cut and shaped by hand, they are made with extra virgin olive oil which gives them a rich flavour and crisp, crunchy texture.
