The Peugeot Isen long pepper mill makes light work of grinding Java long pepper, tonka beans, star anise and large peppercorns. Designed specifically for long pepper, this manual natural wood mill has an oversized mechanism - you can adjust the system depending on how fine or coarse you want the pepper and spices to be.
Use this long pepper mill in place of your pestle and mortar when you want more control over the size of the grind - it’s excellent when making Keralan fish curries, ‘long pepper cream’ and homemade Chinese five spice powder.
Plus, the mechanism can be removed from the mill making it easy to clean.
