Pork Floss, 90g

Description

Pork floss is a popular snack from China. It is light and crisp with a sweet-salty pork flavour.

The pork is cooked and shredded, then dried and seasoned with a mix of spices. The result is thin, meaty strands of pork that melt in the mouth, like a pork version of candy floss.

Pork floss adds texture and meaty flavour to rice and noodle dishes. You can sprinkle it over the top as a seasoning, just like seaweed or furikake

Try adding it to an egg sandwich together with seaweed and mayonnaise.It also goes well with sticky rice and other sweet baked goods.
