Deco Relief Professional Natural Green Food Colour, 50g

This professional natural green food colouring is perfect for sweet and savoury foods alike. It’s water-soluble, but the powdered consistency of the colouring means that it doesn’t further dilute wet mixtures. 

The natural green colouring is made from the natural chlorophyll found in plants and algae. Natural green food colour is perfect for colouring blamanges, macarons, meringues or even pasta dough. The natural green food colour can also be mixed with a little water, and used to paint patterns onto royal icing when decorating cakes. 

Natural food colourings may have a slight flavour to them due to the natural plant ingredients imparting the colour, so we recommend using sparingly - they're best for creating beautiful pale colours. For brighter and darker colours see our Intense range.
