Partridge Pate, 175g

Description

Partridge pate is smooth with gamey flavours from the partridge. The white wine and spices give added depth and a slight sweetness. Serve the partridge pate on sourdough crispbread or toasted, crusty bread with a little peppery salad and a sweet chutney. This makes a great quick starter or indulgent snack.

Ingredients: chicken liver, leek, butter (milk), partridge (15%), chicken, white wine (sulphites), salt and spices.
