Rosle BBQ Weight

Rosle’s BBQ weight gives you perfectly cooked BBQ meats quickly and evenly. This BBQ grill weight presses down burgers and steaks to ensure even cooking, as well as reducing the cooking time by applying heat from both sides. It also helps to achieve the distinctive branding lines of chargrilled barbecue. 

This BBQ weight is made from enamelled cast iron which makes it robust and built to last a long time. It weighs around 1kg so it applies consistent pressure without the need to push down further - simply place it on top of your meat and leave to grill. The weight has a dark wood handle for a sleek and refined addition to complete your BBQ toolkit. 

Instructions for use: The weight is heated on the grill and laid on the food to be cooked when it is hot.
