Sabarot Morello cherries have a wonderful sweet-sour flavour. They are stored in a light sugar syrup so you can enjoy their flavour all year round.
With their tangy taste and juicy texture, Morello cherries are great for baking and desserts. Use them to decorate cream cakes or Black Forest gateau. They are delicious with ice cream and fresh fruit salads.
Add these sour cherries to crumbles, clafoutis and breakfast muffins. Or, make a fruity sauce to serve with rich meats like duck and venison. You can also use them to make sour cherry syrup for cocktails and mocktails.
