The mix includes red, white and black quinoa. It’s a great way to add more plant-based protein to your diet. Quinoa is high in fibre and packed with vitamins and minerals.

Serve quinoa with stews and curries as an alternative to white rice. It has a neutral flavour so you can pair it with bold, spicy flavours. Use any leftover quinoa to stuff squash or peppers before roasting.

Preparation: Bring the quinoa to a boil in three times its volume of water. Cook for 10 minutes, then drain.
