Sabarot White Coco Beans, 500g

Description

White coco beans are a variety of haricot bean cultivated in France. They are small and tender with a creamy, nutty taste. Braise them slowly with shallots, garlic, herbs and stock. They soak up the flavours and provide a delicious base for roast meat or grilled fish.

These small white beans are great in salads. You can add them to vegetable soups for extra protein or blend them into a creamy dip. Serve with crudités or spread on crostini.

Coco beans can also be added to curries and stews. They’re a great way to add plant-based protein to your meals.

Preparation: For best results, soak the beans overnight. Bring to the boil in a large volume of water, then simmer for around 80 minutes.

The pack contains approximately six portions.

Store in a cool, dry place.
