Sanuki Thin Knife Cut Udon Noodles, 270g

Description

Add Sanuki udon noodles to soups, stir fries and hot pots. These Japanese knife-cut noodles are carefully sliced into thin strands. They’re much thinner than traditional udon noodles, but with the same chewy texture.

In Japan, udon noodles are served in a savoury broth called kakejiru. This umami-rich soup base is made with soy sauce, dashi and mirin. Udon noodles are also served cold with a light tsuyu sauce.

These noodles are ready to eat in just five minutes. Cook them in boiling water and then add them to your soup or hot pot. Try using them instead of egg noodles in a stir fry with garlic and soy sauce.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume as soon as possible.
