Sea Sisters Tinned Cornish Hake With Rosemary & Capers, 110g
Description
Sea Sisters tinned hake is flavoured with rosemary, garlic and capers. It’s preserved in extra virgin olive oil, which keeps the fish moist and tender. Handmade in small batches, tinned hake is a great addition to your larder. The aromatics give it a wonderful Mediterranean taste.
The fish is sourced from a certified hake fishery in Cornwall. Serve it at room temperature with bread to mop up the delicious oil. It’s a tasty addition to a green salad, too. Pair it with a glass of chilled white wine for a no-fuss supper.
Sea Sisters colourful tins are 100% recyclable.
About Sea Sisters
Sea Sisters began as a lockdown kitchen project for Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen. Now, they operate a craft cannery in West Dorset. They call their award-winning tinned seafood ‘British conservas’. This is the name given to high quality tinned seafood in Spain and Portugal. Passionate about sustainability, they work with fisheries that use low impact fishing methods.
