Pariani semi-candied wild strawberries are ideal for making patisserie-worthy strawberry tarts in a flash. Pariani’s exceptional cold candying process leaves the natural flavours of the wild strawberries unaltered. It also prevents the fruit freezing at low temperatures, so the wild strawberries stay soft even when swirled through homemade ice cream.
The semi-candied wild strawberries are also fantastic simply spooned over yoghurt, or fold through whipped cream and use to make a strawberry fool. For a quick strawberry cheesecake, spread a layer of the semi-candied strawberries over a vanilla cheesecake and serve.
