Description

Turkey lacers are an essential kitchen tool for trussing poultry before roasting. The set includes six stainless steel trussing pins which can be used with or without cooking twine and in temperatures up to 260°C. Use the steel pins to close the cavity so that both your bird and your stuffing stay moist while it cooks.
