Description

Add shrimp flavour crushed chilli to fried rice and tangy dipping sauces. This Asian condiment combines the fierce heat of dried chilli with the funky, fishy flavour of dried shrimp.

A teaspoon of shrimp flavour chilli will add instant heat and umami to your dish. You can add it to stir fries, noodle soups and marinades. It’s a great match for seafood but can be used in meat and vegetable dishes too. Use it to spice up foods with a mild flavour, such as tofu or steamed fish.

Mix shrimp flavour chilli with soy sauce, rice vinegar and garlic to make a punchy dipping sauce. Serve it with prawn toast, tempura or satay skewers.
