Smoked Soy Sauce, 100ml

Description

Smoked soy sauce has a strong, umami-rich flavour. It adds savoury depth to marinades, glazes and dipping sauces. Use it in Japanese dishes or to season meat for Korean barbecue.

Made without wheat, this tamari soy sauce is ideal for gluten-free cooking. It’s smoked with cherry wood to give it a rich, smoky taste. A little goes a long way, so use it sparingly.

Drizzle smoked soy sauce over yakitori, tofu and roasted aubergine. It can enhance delicate sashimi and stand up to the strong flavours of beef and pork. You can even add a splash to pasta dishes or creamy cheeses like burrata.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
