Every Moroccan spice tin includes:

  • Ras el Hanout 20g– warm, aromatic blend of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, turmeric and cardamom
  • Baharat 20g– earthy blend of allspice, black peppercorns, cardamom, cassia, cloves, coriander, cumin, nutmeg and paprika

To set up your spice tin in the traditional way, put the whole cinnamon sticks and bay leaves in the middle container. Then divide the remaining spices among the rest of the containers, one spice in each. There will be one spice packet left over, so try to make sure it’s the spice you’ll use less often. Keep it sealed to make sure it’s still fresh when you come to use it.

All of the containers are made from stainless steel and are removable for easy cleaning.
