Description

Stuffed vine leaves are ready-to-eat and make a wonderful addition to any Greek mezze, served alongside salty feta, tzatziki and juicy koftas.

Vine leaves are typically picked fresh from the vine and stuffed with a mixture of rice, meat, and spices, and then cooked by boiling or steaming. These vine leaves have a vegan filling of cooked rice, zingy herbs and onion, making them a hearty snack in themselves.

Ingredients: Cooked rice (60%), vine leaves, onion, soybean oil, water, salt, mint, dill, black pepper. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
