Superior Dashi Makurazaki, 10 x 8g sachets

Description

Superior dashi makurazaki lends an umami base to Japanese noodle soups. This dashi has a rich bonito flavour (it’s produced in the town of Makurazaki, well-known for its bonito) and the individual sachets are easy to use – just dilute one sachet in 0.5-1L of hot water for 1-2 minutes. Once dissolved, add miso, silken tofu and soba noodles for an umami-rich soup.
