Taiwan Miaoli Flower Pasta Noodle, 400g

Description

 Taiwan miaoli flower pasta noodles have a unique wavy shape and al dente texture. Made in Taiwan with premium wheat flour, they are ideal for stir-fries as your sauce will cling to their frilly edges. They can also be used in noodle soups and cold noodle salads.

To prepare your noodles, boil for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a simple supper, fry minced garlic and ginger, add your cooked noodles and season with soy sauce, chilli oil and black vinegar. Add a dash of sesame oil and garnish with sliced spring onions. You can add vegetables, tofu, chicken or prawns for a more complete meal.

Store in a cool, dry place.
